There is already a wall in America, a few of them actually, but this wall between Democrats and Republicans aka Conservatives and Liberals will be the thing that may kill this country.  How can we be so far apart on our options and views that there is never any room to compromise?  The founding fathers are probably turning over and over and over in their graves over the state of America and the American political system.  Believe it or not the system was set up and designed with compromise in mind. 
 
The GOP had seven years to tweak the ACA or secretly mastermind a better plan that they could have presented to the country on DAY ONE.  Now all they want to do is let it implode.  Who wins if that happens?  It won't be the almost 30 million people that need it right now.  The insurance industry is crippling the ACA because it chips away at the profits that they have gotten used to passing along to shareholders.  Businesses should be more responsible than that.  It is possible to make aaay profit and do the right thing. 

We can't cheer our policymakers on like athletes and sports teams.  We should all take a look how we really feel about our fellow Americans.  We should all look at what the whys that make us think that way.  We should stop building walls in America that protect our own personal and political views and look for ways to build bridges.  I could go on and on, but all I know is that America can't win like this and that other countries are waiting for us to implode.  Every great civilization has crumbled over time.  How much time do we have left is the question?
